This notice applies to machinamatrix.com and to all current and future Machina Matrix websites, subdomains, and products. Clicking Got it on the site notice, creating an account, signing in, or submitting a form means you accept this notice and the Terms of Use.

1. What we process
We process information you choose to give us (for example company name, email, phone, message, account credentials, and files you upload into a product), plus limited technical data needed to run and protect the service (such as IP address, browser type, and time of access). Please do not send government ID numbers, payment-card data, or other highly sensitive information through public forms or the website assistant.
Business records you put into a product (catalogs, buyer lists, mailboxes, show leads, and similar) remain your company's responsibility. We handle them only to provide the modules you enabled.
2. Why
We use this information to reply to enquiries, operate accounts and products you are invited to use, keep the service secure, and meet legal duties. We do not sell personal information. A public contact form is not a marketing-list signup; we use it to follow up on the request you sent.
3. Service providers and location
We use vendors as needed to host the service, send mail, process payments, and run optional AI features. Those vendors may process information in Canada, the United States, China, or other countries. Quebec law requires us to tell you that some information may be handled outside Quebec. If your company needs a private or local-host setup, that must be agreed in writing—it is not the default.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and encrypts payment-card or bank-account details; our servers do not store full card numbers or bank credentials. We keep Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, status, and records needed for invoices and support. Stripe may process that information outside Quebec.
4. Cookies
We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in and to remember that you agreed to these terms. We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking cookies. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking the login cookie will sign you out.
5. Your requests
To access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent where the law allows, email info@machinamatrix.com. We may need to verify who is asking. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose above, a related contract or dispute, or the law.
This site is for business users, not children. We may update this page; the date above will change.
