Terms of Use
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Machina Matrix™ (“the Service”) is owned and operated by Technologies ShantiBotics Inc., a company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. These Terms cover machinamatrix.com and all current and future Machina Matrix websites, subdomains, products, and invited accounts. If a signed order or master agreement exists, that writing controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
You accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy when you click Got it on the site notice, check a consent box, create an account, sign in, or otherwise use the services. If you act for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
1. The services
We provide industrial export software and related tools on an invited basis. Website descriptions are not a warranty that every feature is on for every customer. Logistics or warehousing mentioned on the site is not a freight or customs contract unless separately booked.
The services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, specific sales results, or that a shipment may enter a given country.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, your content, and for complying with laws that apply to your business and target markets. That includes privacy and anti-spam rules, advertising rules, export-control and sanctions rules, and any certification or safety claims you make about equipment. We are not your lawyer, customs broker, or certifying body, and we do not by default screen denied parties.
AI features may draft text that is incomplete or wrong. A person on your side must review catalog facts, prices, legal commitments, and messages to buyers before they go out, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
If you use outreach, social, booth, calling, or similar tools to contact people, you must have a lawful basis to do so. The software does not authorize unsolicited commercial messages.
3. Use limits
Do not probe or disrupt the services, bypass access controls, upload malware, impersonate others, or use the services for unlawful activity. We may suspend an account to protect the platform, other customers, or to enforce these Terms.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Machina Matrix has no obligation to pay compensation, damages, or refunds because you used the websites or free products. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or any indirect loss. If you have a signed paid contract with us, that contract governs. Nothing here limits liability that mandatory law does not allow us to exclude.
For paid subscriptions purchased through our billing pages, our aggregate liability arising from that subscription is limited to the fees you paid for that subscription in the three (3) months before the claim. This is a ceiling if a claim succeeds—not a promise to pay. Intentional misconduct, gross negligence, and liability that mandatory law does not allow us to limit remain unchanged.
You will indemnify Machina Matrix against claims arising from your content, your campaigns, or your violation of law or these Terms, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Online subscriptions purchased through this site’s billing pages are sold by Technologies ShantiBotics Inc. Prices, currency, and billing interval are those shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until canceled. You may cancel in the Stripe customer billing portal at any time; after cancellation, access continues through the end of the then-current paid period. Fees already collected for that period are not refunded on a pro‑rata basis, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or end services related to that subscription. Online plans do not by themselves enable every product module; module access remains as configured for your account.
Before checkout you must confirm authorization for recurring charges as shown on the billing page. Payment cards and bank account details are collected by Stripe, not stored on our servers.
6. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Courts in Montreal, Quebec have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect the platform. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page.
